Anjali Aggarwal
Areas of Support: Trauma and PTSD, anxiety, domestic abuse, grief, relationship issues, and racial trauma
Client focus: Adults and couples
Types of therapy: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, integrative therapy
Many people come to therapy carrying the weight of past experiences - trauma, neglect, emotional disconnection - that shape how they show up in their adult lives. These early wounds often impact relationships, self-worth, boundaries, as well as the ability to feel safe, connected, and understood. Others seek support for challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, dissociation, or difficulties in communication within their relationships. My role is to help you make sense of these experiences, heal from old patterns, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Through an integrative approach - drawing on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-based practices - I support clients in moving beyond survival mode, reconnecting with their authentic selves, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Together, we’ll focus on both understanding the roots of your struggles and developing the tools you need to feel grounded, empowered, and capable of change.
Working with me means stepping into a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. I believe that therapy should move at your pace, with respect for your boundaries and what feels safe to share. You’ll find that I listen deeply and tailor each session to meet your unique needs, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I offer virtual therapy to clients living in Ontario.

Hi, there! I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who works with teens, couples, and adults struggling with relationships, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
Taking care of our mental health is crucial, as it affects every aspect of our lives. Sometimes life can get overwhelming, and you may feel lost or stuck. You may be struggling with a new ADHD diagnosis or trying to make sense of difficult events. I want you to know that you do not have to face these challenges alone! Seeking support may seem daunting, but in addition to being a powerful first step toward your healing journey, it’s also a brave and empowering choice. Remember that it’s never too late to start taking care of yourself.
Together, we can pinpoint the specific areas you wish to concentrate on. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and acquiring useful skills, I can support you in managing these difficulties, enabling you to tackle any future stressors with confidence.
During sessions, I greatly value collaboration, honesty, respect, and empowerment, as I believe they create the foundation for a truly inspiring environment. You are the expert in your own life, so you and I will work together as a team to achieve your goals. Let’s collaborate and accomplish great things!
I offer virtual therapy to clients living in Ontario and Nunavut.

Areas of Support: Disordered eating and body image, teen therapy, 2SLGBTQIA+ therapy, ADHD, anxiety, and depression
Client Focus: Teens and adults
Types of Therapy: Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, psychoanalytic therapy, Family-Based Treatment, somatic therapy
Hi, I’m Jenna! I work with individuals who feel disconnected from themselves - those navigating eating disorders, relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, identity or sexuality held in silence, or the quiet exhaustion of masking and neurodivergence. My approach is both clinical and intuitive, blending evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for the inner world, the body’s wisdom, and the symbolic layers of a person’s lived experience.
Together, we explore the spaces beneath behaviour and language - the places where old stories are held, where the nervous system speaks, and where the self longs to be heard. Therapy with me is not just about symptom reduction but about returning to a truer sense of self, learning to soften toward your inner world, and allowing insight, embodiment, and transformation to rise in their own time.

Areas of Support: Borderline personality disorder, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, depression
Client Focus: Adults
Types of Therapy: Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centred therapy, and integrative therapy
I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a registered psychotherapist who primarily works with adults looking for help with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.
As a therapist, I am a firm believer in authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. While I love to listen and validate my clients’ feelings, I also might occasionally question a thought when necessary. The honest and frank conversations I get to have with my clients are what allow them to challenge their thoughts and assumptions - this is where the real work happens!
I understand that seeking therapy can be an overwhelming experience, and I want to emphasize that at its core, therapy is a conversation. When meeting with me, you’ll find that sessions will be a friendly and relaxed discussion during which you can feel safe to explore whatever concerns are on your mind while also learning new skills.
I offer virtual sessions, so no matter where in Ontario you live, we could meet!
