Adult Therapy

Teen Therapy

Therapy for teens who are 12 - 18 years old. Sessions are offered virtually via Zoom.


Couples Therapy

Couples therapy begins with a 75-minute initial appointment, and subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are offered virtually via Zoom.

I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who works with teens, couples, and adults struggling with relationships, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Taking care of our mental health is crucial, as it affects every aspect of our lives. Sometimes life can get overwhelming, and you may feel lost or stuck. You may be struggling with a new ADHD diagnosis or trying to make sense of difficult events. I want you to know that you do not have to face these challenges alone! Seeking support may seem daunting, but in addition to being a powerful first step toward your healing journey, it’s also a brave and empowering choice. Remember that it’s never too late to start taking care of yourself.

Together, we can pinpoint the specific areas you wish to concentrate on. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and acquiring useful skills, I can support you in managing these difficulties, enabling you to tackle any future stressors with confidence.

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a registered psychotherapist who primarily works with adults looking for help with borderline personality disorder, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.

As a therapist, I am a firm believer in authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. While I love to listen and validate my clients’ feelings, I also might occasionally question a thought when necessary. The honest and frank conversations I get to have with my clients are what allow them to challenge their thoughts and assumptions - this is where the real work happens!​

I understand that seeking therapy can be an overwhelming experience, and I want to emphasize that at its core, therapy is a conversation.
